Nishiyama Hidetaka Sensei – January 2008

This is a record of a 6-day early morning special winter training course held at National Karate Institute, Los Angeles, in January 2008. The course was instructed by Master Hidetaka Nishiyama, 9th dan. This is the 1st half of the video clip.

There are many clear demonstrations and work with assistants on the most important of the fundamental principles of traditional karate: center, movement, reaction, ki-ai.
